Job Description

The Sales Trainee will be responsible vis vis Startup Entrepreneurship Program (SEP) for generating leads managing presales activities and maintaining postsales engagement with customers. This role requires an ambitious adaptive and proactive individual with excellent communication and persuasion skills who can develop trust with the customers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES TO SELL Startup Entrepreneurship Program (SEP):

Lead Generation:

  • Identify and research potential clients and markets
  • Execute lead generation strategies through various channels including cold calling email campaigns social media and events
  • Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate and detailed information on leads

PreSales:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling presales materials
  • Outbound calling

PostSales Engagement:

  • Follow up with clients postpurchase to ensure satisfaction and address any issues or concerns
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field
  • Relevant Internship or min. academic project experience
  • Experience in Sales Executive or relevant role will be preferable
  • Experience in B2C sale with EdTech will be preferable
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
  • Excellent communication interpersonal and persuasion skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
  • Ambitious Adaptive Proactive
