Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed organizational goals.
- Recruit train and mentor field sales executives to build a highperforming sales team.
- Set individual and team targets monitor performance and provide regular feedback.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Negotiate contracts close deals and address customer concerns effectively.
- Conduct regular field visits to oversee sales activities and support team members in achieving targets.
- Monitor sales metrics and prepare reports for management on sales performance pipeline progress and market insights.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Requirements
Key Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in field sales preferably in Industry/Relevant Field.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership coaching and teambuilding skills.
- Indepth understanding of sales principles customer relationship management and negotiation techniques.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel extensively for field visits
