Role Description
This is a fulltime onsite role for an Arabic Banking Customer Service Advisor inside the bank in Nasr City.
The Customer Service Advisor will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to banking clients resolving inquiries and offering solutions. This role involves handling customer transactions explaining products and services and ensuring customer satisfaction.

- Customer Service Communication and ProblemSolving skills
- Knowledge of Banking Products and Services
- Ability to Handle Customer Inquiries and Transactions
- Attention to Detail and Accuracy
- Computer Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office
- Ability to Work in a FastPaced Environment
- Previous experience in Banking or Customer Service is a plus
- Fluency in additional languages is beneficial
