Ensure development of new, innovative lending and business propositions as per needs of the identified market and segments

Enhance penetration, profitability and retention by providing valuable data and MIS to product/ Segment Managers, Sales Management, Marketing Communications, Retail Credit Centre, Customer / Market Research, Operations to ensure optimal risk return and control parameters

Carry out ongoing competitor intelligence and accordingly ensure suitable actions and / or provide suitable guideline to enhance product pricing.

Work closely with the process & systems teams to ensure that the same are suitably geared to meet the ongoing business & market requirements for products & services
.
Work closely with product & delivery channel partners via Osool, marketing unit as also with Branches to develop effective referral and cross-sell channels
.
Ensure ongoing macro-economic reality checks and course corrects, if and as required
.
Work closely within the unit to ensure the business gets a favorable rating from internal and external auditors
.
Ensure control requirement of the business are adhered to in line with Bank policies to ensure good quality growth in assets, transactions and earnings
.
Overall marketing process management, portfolio management and generation of detailed & segmented MIS carrying out appropriate analytics to ensure ongoing guidanc4e and product training to the sales teams.
