Job Description
- Receive service requests from clients
- Create cases in different call management systems depending on products
- Verify entitlement (Eligibility of support )
- Part Ordering exception handling
- Schedule Exception handling ( Assigning resources for onsite activities )
- Manage Business Partners
- Monitor queues
- Communicate with Clients, Remote Technical support and Customer Engineers/Business Partners
- Maintain and enhance operations processes E2E
- Interlock with Service Delivery Managers
