Job Description

  • We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. As an SDR, you will play a critical role in driving revenue by identifying, qualifying, and developing sales opportunities for the team.

    Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Research, identify, and engage with potential customers using various channels (email, calls, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Qualifying Leads: Assess the needs of potential clients to determine if they are a good fit for our products or services.
  • Outbound Outreach: Conduct cold calls and send emails to introduce the company and its offerings.
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule qualified meetings or demos for the sales team to drive the sales pipeline.
  • Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A self-starter with strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to handle objections and rejection professionally.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
  • Prior experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • A passion for building relationships and driving business growth.
