Role Description
This is a fulltime onsite role for an Arabic Banking Customer Service Advisor inside the bank in Nasr City.
The Customer Service Advisor will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to banking clients resolving inquiries and offering solutions. This role involves handling customer transactions explaining products and services and ensuring customer satisfaction.
