Position: English Customer Service Advisor

Job Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customeroriented English Customer Service Advisor to join our team in Hurghada. As a Customer Service Advisor you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients in English.
Key Responsibilities:
Handling incoming customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly and efficiently
Providing accurate information and guidance to customers regarding products services and policies
Maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times
Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
Escalating complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department for further assistance
Contributing to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures
Meeting and exceeding individual and team targets for customer satisfaction and productivity
Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times
Requirements:
Fluency in English (written and spoken)
Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment
Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills
Proficient in using computer systems and software
Availability to work on a fulltime basis including weekends and holidays
Flexibility to work in shifts as per business requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in customer service is a plus
