Job Description
Our client is in is the automation industry transforming the cleaning industry with advanced robotic solutions that tackle manpower challenges. Their innovative robots are already making a difference in 30 countries! As they continue to grow they are seeking a Software Product Manager to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of our cloudbased dashboard for robot fleet management and monitoring.
- Identify and analyze the pain points of stakeholders such as cleaning supervisors admins and support teams to ensure the product meets their needs.
- Design and analyze dashboards to track product success metrics and guide decisionmaking.
- Gather customer feedback and translate it into actionable product requirements for the engineering team.
- Collaborate with engineering to prioritize features manage the product roadmap and plan development milestones.
- Work closely with engineering sales and customer support teams to ensure smooth product development timely launches and customer satisfaction.
- Assist customers with the deployment of robots ensuring successful installation and provide ongoing support and training.
- Conduct market research to stay current on industry trends emerging technologies and competitive products.
- Continuously monitor and report on product performance recommending and implementing improvements as necessary.
Requirements:
- A Bachelors degree in design engineering business or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years in product management software development product design data analytics or a related field.
- Experience defining managing or launching software and AIdriven features.
- Familiarity with databases and SQL; ability to understand and work with technical software and AI concepts.
- Proven experience in creating gotomarket strategies and managing product timelines to align with business objectives.
- Strong problemsolving and analytical abilities with a focus on datadriven decisionmaking.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and nontechnical teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced teamoriented environment.
- Experience working within Agile development processes.
- Capable of creating lowfidelity prototypes to quickly validate ideas and concepts.
- Experience with AI software integrated products and robotics is highly preferred.
- Experience with robotics or other hardware products is a plus.
- Certifications like Certified Product Manager (CPM) or Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) is a plus.
