Role Overview We are looking for a Production Chemist to join our Tablets Section. You will be responsible for managing the production processes of tablet medicines ensuring quality and efficiency in manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manufacturing Operations: Oversee and manage the production of tablet pharmaceutical products.
- Quality Control: Ensure all tablet products meet quality standards and GMP guidelines.
- Process Optimization: Identify and implement improvements to enhance production efficiency.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of production activities and batch documentation.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure proper maintenance and calibration of tablet production equipment.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the quality assurance and production teams to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor s degree in Pharmacy Chemistry Biotechnology or a related field.
Experience:- Minimum of 2 years in a production chemist role within the pharmaceutical industry.
Skills:- Strong understanding of GMP guidelines and quality assurance principles.
- Proficient in using production equipment and understanding of manufacturing processes.
- Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word Excel).
