Job Description
MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for achieving the daily production targets in terms of quantity & quality.
Responsible for achieving the targeted machine efficiency Labour efficiency and reduce the s so as to achieve maximum productivity in the allotted lines.
Ensure that all the activities in the lines are carried out as per the defined production & quality systems.
Continuously train operators in the team to develop knowledge and skill level requirement.
Responsible for the product quality manufactured in the allotted lines.
Should drive a culture of continuous improvement among the team members through various Kaizen activities which will have a result on the productivity improvement.
Work closely with production planning and control and prioritize the production planmanpower and machine planning effective utilization of resources.
Responsible for assembly shop OEE and TEEP monitoring and improvements.
KPI monitoring on daily monthly and yearly basis and on time reporting to management.
Responsible for coordinating all internal and external audits.
