Tasks
About this role
Are you passionate about discovering and launching impactful products that transform industries Join this Berlinbased team as a Senior Product Manager where youll take the lead in defining and executing product strategies for innovative solutions with a strong focus on AI.
In this role youll work at the forefront of B2B innovation engaging with clients to uncover needs and driving the development of greenfield products that empower businesses with cuttingedge technology.
What you will do
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to uncover unmet needs and market opportunities
- Align product strategies with business goals market demands and technological advancements
- Plan and execute successful product launches in partnership with engineering sales and customer support teams
- Partner with teams to design and deliver impactful highquality products within ambitious timelines
- Analyze industry trends customer feedback and competitive landscapes to guide product decisionmaking
- Own the product lifecycle by driving discovery MVP development and postlaunch performance tracking as well as constant iteration
- Establish feedback loops conduct user interviews and refine features to enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth
Requirements
What you bring
- 5 years of experience in product management with a successful track record of discovering and launching B2B products
- Strong understanding of product discovery gotomarket strategies and market research methodologies
- Familiarity with FinTech AI SaaS or related industries; experience in marketplace models is a plus
- Skilled in leveraging data to inform decisions and measure product performance
- Experience conducting user interviews and developing MVPs in fastpaced iterative processes
- Fluent in German and English both written and spoken
