Job Description
This is a remote position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements.
- Source screen and interview candidates through various channels.
- Maintain ATS records and build a talent pipeline.
- Stay updated on recruitment trends and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in HR or related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment; familiarity with ATS.
- Strong communication multitasking and sourcing skills.
Requirements: - Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data verification. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Ability to work independently and efficiently from a remote location. - Proficiency in using computer applications and conducting internet research. - Previous experience in verification, data entry, or a related field is advantageous but not mandatory. - Must have a reliable internet connection and a suitable workspace for remote work. Salary: The salary for this position is up to 2.40 lakh per annum, based on experience and qualifications. Note: This is a work-from-home position, and candidates must ensure they have the necessary infrastructure to perform their duties effectively while adhering to data security and confidentiality protocols.
