You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe Founders Office Associate will serve as a key support to the Founder/CEO handling a mix of strategic operational and administrative tasks. This role combines the scope of both an office assistant and an executive assistant ensuring the Founder s priorities are met and the organization s objectives are achieved.
Assist the Founder in strategic decisionmaking by providing insights research and project management support.
Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure the seamless execution of initiatives.
Prepare agendas documents and reports for meetings; take and circulate minutes and follow up on actionable items.
Work on special projects and initiatives as assigned ensuring timely delivery of objectives.
Manage the Founder s calendar scheduling appointments and organizing travel arrangements.
Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications addressed to the Founder.
Handle confidential correspondence and ensure the Founder s priorities are executed with discretion and efficiency.
Coordinate crossfunctional projects ensuring alignment with the Founder s vision and timelines.
Track progress update the Founder on key milestones and identify potential bottlenecks.
Facilitate internal communications to ensure smooth workflows and quick decisionmaking.
Oversee daily office operations ensuring all administrative tasks are managed effectively.
Maintain organization of records files and essential documentation for the Founder.
Assist in managing events team offsites and other corporate engagements.
Experience and Skills Required:
Proven experience in an assistant or operations role (1 3 years) supporting senior executives or founders.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in office tools such as Microsoft Office Google Suite and project management tools like Asana or Trello.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
Proactive problemsolving skills with a detailoriented mindset.
Experience in marketing project management or startup environments.
Knowledge of CRM tools and office management systems.
An understanding of business operations branding or strategic initiatives.
