Job Description
We are a technical recruitment agency that is looking for a Technical Sourcer to join the crossfunctional team to help in hiring for the best Tech international companies in the EU the USA and Scandinavia regions.
We are looking for a driven individual autonomous in work with advanced analytical skills to help us hire Aplayers and deliver a firstclass customer experience. You will innovate drive and deliver hiring solutions effectively and efficiently seeking out opportunities and improvements across the entire recruitment process in the organization.
This is a commissionbased only position offering unlimited earning potential based on your recruitment success. You will receive a commission for each successful hire you make.
Responsibilities:
- Screen and source qualified applicants and resumes.
- Interact with potential candidates on social media and professional networks;
- Craft and send recruiting emails;
- Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean search);
- Develop talent pipelines;
- Ask for referrals from current employees and external networks;
- Promote our employer brand online and offline;
- Maintain candidate databases;
- Coordinate the interview process with individuals and panels;
- Gather interview feedback and communicate with applicants during and after the interview process;
- Work with leadership to understand the hiring needs of the organization;
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand team needs and facilitate candidate lifecycle processes.
We are happy to hear from you if you have:
- 12 years of experience
- Previous experience in Direct Sourcing and/or volume hiring
- Strong organizational multitasking and timemanagement skills
- Experience from a recruitment agency or hypergrowth startup and/or agency would be beneficial
- High attention to details
- Ability to be flexible critical thinking and problemsolving skills
- Advanced English
