Role: Partnerships Manager Jaipur

About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated Partnerships Manager to join our Jaipur team. The ideal candidate should have a background in developing partnerships within the education sector with a particular focus on student admissions and relationship management with colleges and universities. A key part of the role is managing and growing existing partnerships generating new leads and driving enrollment through an efficient and motivated team of callers. The ability to speak Hindi fluently is essential to communicate with local stakeholders effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Partnership Development:
- Establish develop and maintain strong relationships with universities colleges and educational institutions in Jaipur to foster longterm partnerships and drive student enrollment.
- Collaborate with colleges to understand their specific needs and propose relevant programs ensuring successful partnerships.
- Work with internal teams to create customized solutions and pitch the right programs that cater to the institutions goals.
Admissions & Lead Generation:
- Develop and execute strategies for student admissions ensuring alignment with set goals and targets.
- Oversee a team of callers providing direction and motivation to achieve enrollment targets.
- Monitor and refine lead generation strategies to maximize student enrollments ensuring quality leads are captured and nurtured.
- Track the conversion of leads and ensure consistent followup to close enrollments.
Stakeholder & Relationship Management:
- Act as the key contact point for university and college administrators ensuring seamless communication and addressing any needs or challenges.
- Manage the relationship lifecycle from initial contact to postenrollment engagement ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Organize events webinars and information sessions to promote IIDE s programs and engage with the academic community.
Reporting & Analytics:
- Regularly track the progress of admissions campaigns report performance metrics and provide insights to the senior management team.
- Maintain comprehensive records of all activities including partnership status lead generation and enrollment statistics.
- Prepare and deliver periodic reports that assess the effectiveness of strategies and suggest areas for improvement.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a team of admissions callers providing ongoing support feedback and training to help them meet targets.
- Motivate and inspire the team to ensure optimal performance and engagement and maintain a positive work culture.
Requirements:
MustHave:
- 4 years of experience in partnerships business development or admissions management ideally in the education or EdTech sector.
- Proven track record in driving student admissions through a team of callers.
- Ability to manage relationships with educational institutions understanding their needs and challenges.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in Hindi and English (knowledge of local languages is a plus).
- Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to manage a diverse team.
- Goaloriented selfdriven and able to work independently.
ShouldHave:
- Experience in the EdTech higher education or related sectors.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management tools.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple projects at once.
NicetoHave:
- Previous experience working in Jaipur or the North India education sector.
- Experience working with academic stakeholders in a B2B environment.
Education:
- A graduate or postgraduate degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
Must-Have: 2-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the education or training sector. A proven track record of successful corporate sales and the ability to travel frequently for client engagements. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present the value of digital marketing training. Should-Have: Knowledge of corporate training needs, particularly in digital marketing or upskilling programs. Experience in managing client relationships and familiarity with CRM tools to track sales activities. Nice-to-Have: Previous experience in the EdTech industry or a background in corporate training services. An established professional network within the corporate sector that can facilitate business development efforts.
