Job Description
In this role you will:
- With a handson approach effectively manage the Hotel Front Office operation to achieve a reputation as a market leader in individualized guest focused service in the hotel.
- In absence of the Heads of Department overseeing the daytoday operation of the hotel while and ensuring quality and compliance with standards.
- Ensure hotel targets around RPS NPS Loyalty and room upselling are met to ensure KPIs are achieved.
- Ensure the operation of an effective night audit function in conjunction with the Financial Controller to ensure accuracy of this daily function whilst maintaining customer focus.
- Monitor all Very Important People (VIPs) special guests and their requests to and their needs are met and loyalty is maintained.
Qualifications :
- Excellent communication interpersonal and time management skills with a friendly and outgoing personality
- Excellent grooming and presentation skills
- Service oriented with an eye for details
