Connect Now Property is a dynamic and forwardthinking real estate platform that aims to transform how buyers sellers and agents connect. We are excited to introduce a new real estate portal that promises to streamline the listing and buying process with cuttingedge technology and a customercentric approach. As we expand we are seeking motivated and detailoriented individuals to join our team and help us grow our listings and network.
Position Overview:
We are looking for a CommissionBased Real Estate Listing Manager to take ownership of managing and growing property listings on our new real estate portal. This role will require someone who is selfdriven organized and experienced in managing property listings. You will be responsible for onboarding real estate agents ensuring listings are accurate and uptodate and creating engaging content that showcases properties in the best light.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Property Listings: Onboard real estate agents and ensure properties are listed accurately including highquality photos descriptions and pricing.
- Content Creation: Craft compelling SEOfriendly listing descriptions and ensure each listing is complete and visually appealing.
- Client Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for real estate agents and clients offering guidance and support for listing submissions.
- Market Research: Monitor market trends pricing and local property information to advise clients and maintain the competitiveness of listings.
- Quality Control: Perform regular checks to ensure all listings are uptodate and remove outdated or irrelevant content.
- Sales & Networking: Work to grow the number of listings on the platform by proactively reaching out to real estate agents building relationships and offering incentives for new listings.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in real estate (either as an agent listing manager or similar role).
- Strong understanding of real estate portals and how listings function.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple listings and projects simultaneously.
- Selfmotivated with a strong drive to succeed in a commissionbased environment.
- Familiarity with SEO practices and digital marketing is a plus.
- Experience with MLS (Multiple Listing Service) platforms is a plus.
- Fluent in Portuguese & English
- Valid Portugal Real Estate License
