Job Overview:
As a MERN Stack Executive you will take charge of fullstack web development projects from inception to deployment. You will be responsible for developing scalable and highperformance web applications collaborating with various teams and ensuring the technical quality of all deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop test and deploy scalable web applications using the MERN stack
- Lead small to midsized projects ensuring timely delivery
- Collaborate with designers project managers and other developers to create a seamless user experience
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
- Troubleshoot debug and upgrade existing systems
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to the team
Requirements:
- Proven experience in MERN stack development (2 years preferred)
- Strong proficiency in MongoDB Express.js React and Node.js
- Experience with version control systems (e.g. Git)
- Excellent understanding of frontend technologies RESTful APIs and database design
- Strong problemsolving skills and ability to handle complex projects
