Job Highlights:
  • Assignment Type: Fulltime
  • Working hours: 40 hours / week
  • Schedule: Monday Friday 8:30am 5:00pm Houston TX with a 30 min unpaid break
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detailoriented Legal Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role involves a variety of administrative tasks including calendar management document organization and timekeeping.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and manage attorneys calendars ensuring timely adherence to deadlines docket control orders hearings mediations and depositions.
  • Distribute filings to attorneys and carriers.
  • Save and upload claim files to iManage maintaining a wellorganized and accessible filing system.
  • Coordinate and schedule mediations depositions and translators.
  • Confirm appointments with attorneys opposing counsel and the court.
  • Accurately record and submit attorney time entries to ensure efficient billing.

Job Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar secretarial/administrative role.
  • Familiarity with iManage and time billing software is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.
  • Experience in a legal or professional services environment is preferred.


Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar secretarial/administrative role. Familiarity with iManage and time billing software is preferred.
