Job Overview:
Due to the continued success We are looking for a skilled eCommerce Account Manager to play a vital role
in managing and expanding our Mastermind client relationships. The candidate should have a strong
background in ecommerce client management and digital marketing and be proficient with the Shopify
platform.
You will be responsible for developing and executing robust eCommerce strategies while offering
comprehensive handson guidance to our clients. We take them through every phase of building a successful
ecommerce business from niche and product selection to content creation email marketing with Klaviyo and
effective ad management. Your role will be critical in ensuring clients receive exceptional support and
personalised mentorship empowering them to master each element of their online business with confidence
and achieve outstanding results.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Client Success & Relationship Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for Mastermind clients building strong lasting relationships as you
guide them through the entire process. You ll be responsible for managing their expectations addressing
any queries and ensuring high levels of satisfaction. By deeply understanding their needs you ll provide
personalised support fostering trust and longterm success in their ecommerce journey.
eCommerce Strategy Development:
Craft and implement tailored eCommerce strategies for each client guiding them through every phase of
their business journey. From niche and product selection to store development you ll ensure clients have
the strategic direction needed to build a strong and scalable online presence setting them up for sustained
success.
Meta Media Buying & Ad Management
Take charge of Meta (Facebook and Instagram) media buying ensuring clients are proficient in creating
optimising and scaling their ad campaigns. You ll provide expert guidance in targeting the right audiences
managing ad budgets and optimising performance to achieve the highest return on ad spend (ROAS). A
deep understanding of Meta s ad platform is essential to ensure clients marketing strategies are data
driven and resultsoriented.
Klaviyo Email Marketing Strategy & Optimization:
Guide clients through the effective use of Klaviyo focusing on building powerful automated email flows
audience segmentation and personalised campaigns. You ll help clients maximise the potential of
Klaviyo s platform to boost engagement drive conversions and increase customer lifetime value through
wellexecuted email marketing strategies.
Website Optimization:
Work with developers and designers to suggest and improve UX and conversion rates in client stores.
eCommerce Store Launch and Sales Generation:
Aid in launching new eCommerce brands setting up and supporting clients to understand best practices
around advertising and management of their campaigns for optimal performance.
Shopify Store Auditing and Optimization:
Conduct Shopify store audits propose improvements and implement strategies for enhanced
performance.
Project Management & Client Coordination:
Oversee and manage client projects particularly in the areas of branding store development and content
creation. Coordinate with internal teams such as development creative email and copy teams as well
as external resources like photographers videographers and other content creators for clients who
outsource these elements. You ll ensure that all components align with the client s vision and are executed
efficiently delivering a cohesive brand experience and highquality store development.
Accountability and Client Success
Single Point of Contact: Serve as the primary contact for all client interactions ensuring a personalised
and cohesive experience.
Support and Guidance: Provide ongoing support and tailored solutions to clients.
Regular Checkins and Updates: Maintain transparent communication through regular meetings and daily
Slack updates.
Driving Client Wins and Value Outcomes: Focus on delivering tangible results and value to clients.
Over Delivering Expectations: Exceed client expectations through proactive strategies and exceptional
service.
Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor and report on the performance of strategies and
campaigns.
Feedback and Continuous Improvement: Seek client feedback and use it for service refinement.
Client Retention & Upselling for Increased LTV: Foster strong longterm relationships with Mastermind
clients by providing ongoing support and value throughout their journey. Focus on ensuring client
satisfaction and success to encourage renewals at the end of their annual program. By identifying
opportunities for upselling and furthering their business growth you ll work to increase their lifetime value
(LTV) while ensuring they remain engaged and see continued benefits from the Mastermind program.
QUALIFICATIONS: -Minimum of 2years Proven experience in e-commerce as an Account Manager. -Strong background in digital marketing, with a particular focus on ads management on platforms like - Meta (Facebook and Instagram), including expertise in creating, optimising, and scaling campaigns for maximum performance. Proficiency in other platforms like Google, Pinterest, and TikTok is a plus, but a deep understanding of Meta s advertising ecosystem is essential. -Expertise in eCommerce platforms, especially Shopify. -Proficiency in email marketing tools such as Klaviyo.. -Solid understanding of data analytics tools like Google Analytics, hyros, tripplewhale, hotjar etc -Excellent project management skills and ensuring that deadlines and timelines are met -Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
