About the Role
Were launching a new UKfocused telesales account and looking for a passionate Team Leader to guide this fresh venture. If you excel at motivating others understand the psychology behind winning sales strategies and have a proven telesales or sales leadership record wed love to hear from you!
Location : Nasr City Cairo
Work must be on premises Only.

What Youll Do
- Lead & Motivate: Manage a telesales team focused on the UK market pushing them to exceed daily weekly and monthly targets.
- Modern Coaching Techniques: Implement cuttingedge coaching methods to keep your team engaged and highperforming.
- Psychological & Motivational Insights: Address the underlying factors that drive sales success—help each individual unlock their potential.
- LongTerm Development: Craft personalized growth plans for each team member to ensure sustainable performance.
What We Need from You
- Proven Telesales / Sales Leadership: Youve led teams before and know how to hit ambitious targets.
- Coaching & Mentoring Skills: You understand how to build confidence mindset and capabilities.
- Excellent Communication: Fluency in English is a must—clear motivating leadership is key.
- Psychological KnowHow: You get the why behind what drives people and can use it to keep your team on track.
