Position Overview:
As a key member of IMCs senior leadership team the Head of Compliance & Consultancy Services will be responsible for overseeing the firm s compliance and governance functions providing strategic direction for the consultancy services and driving business growth. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience (20 years) in compliance regulatory affairs corporate governance and consultancy services in the financial or corporate sector. This individual will also play a critical role in steering IMC s vision overseeing revenue generation performance management and longterm strategic initiatives for the company.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Leadership of Compliance & Consultancy Services:
- Serve as the executive leader for IMC s compliance and governance consultancy services providing overall strategic direction for the vertical.
- Shape and execute the firm s vision for compliance services ensuring they are aligned with the firm s longterm business goals and client needs.
- Drive business development by identifying and securing new client relationships expanding IMC s footprint in the compliance consultancy space and ensuring the successful delivery of highvalue services.
- Act as the primary point of contact for Csuite executives and senior leadership teams providing expert advice on regulatory and compliance matters corporate governance and risk management.
2. Revenue Generation & Business Growth:
- Take ownership of the financial performance of the Compliance & Consultancy Services vertical setting ambitious revenue goals and developing strategies to achieve them.
- Lead client negotiations oversee proposal development and manage contract terms to maximize revenue potential while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Work closely with the business development and marketing teams to raise the firm s profile position IMC as a thought leader in the compliance space and build strategic partnerships.
- Ensure that consultancy services are priced competitively and deliver exceptional value to clients driving repeat business and longterm relationships.
3. HighLevel Regulatory Strategy & Risk Management:
- Oversee IMC s overall compliance function across all client engagements ensuring the firm s services meet the highest standards of regulatory adherence and governance across international jurisdictions.
- Monitor and analyze global regulatory changes providing senior leadership with strategic guidance on the potential impact of these changes on clients businesses.
- Proactively identify regulatory risks for clients and work with the team to design actionable tailored solutions that minimize compliance risks.
- Serve as IMC s top representative in discussions with regulatory bodies managing complex regulatory audits inspections and inquiries.
4. Stakeholder & Client Management:
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with Csuite executives Board members and senior leaders of client organizations ensuring that IMC remains their trusted partner for all compliance and governance matters.
- Ensure that IMC delivers an exceptional client experience by providing thought leadership strategic advice and practical solutions that address clients evolving regulatory challenges.
- Lead key client engagements overseeing the delivery of services ensuring alignment with clients business objectives and identifying opportunities for service expansion.
5. Performance Management & Executive Leadership:
- Lead inspire and mentor a highperforming compliance and consultancy team fostering a culture of excellence collaboration and continuous learning.
- Establish clear performance metrics for team members and the department as a whole ensuring alignment with the firm s strategic goals.
- Drive a resultsoriented approach regularly assessing team performance offering feedback and implementing initiatives to continuously improve efficiency and service delivery.

6. Strategic Advisory & BoardLevel Engagement:
- Act as a key advisor to the firm s Board of Directors and senior leadership providing insights on regulatory compliance and governance issues that affect business strategy.
- Work closely with senior management to ensure compliance considerations are integrated into strategic decisions particularly when launching new products or entering new markets.
- Lead executivelevel discussions on complex compliance issues helping clients navigate the evolving regulatory landscape and making informed decisions that balance business growth with risk management.
7. Organizational Leadership:
- Play an active role in shaping IMC s organizational culture and values ensuring that compliance governance and ethical standards are deeply embedded in the firm s operations.
- Represent IMC at industry conferences regulatory consultations and other highprofile events establishing the firm as a thought leader in the corporate secretarial and financial services sector.
- Collaborate with other top management team members to drive innovation support crossdepartmental initiatives and ensure that the firm remains agile and responsive to market changes.

Qualifications Required:
- Experience: 20 years in compliance corporate governance regulatory affairs and consultancy services with a proven track record in senior leadership positions at large global firms.
- Skills: Expertise in international regulatory frameworks corporate governance financial regulations and risk management. Strong business acumen and experience in revenue generation client relationship management and strategic growth.
- Education: Company Secretary (CS) and Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is required.

1. 10-12 years in a similar governance role (Company Secretary, board advisor, Governance manager) within a diverse, large group of companies or within a consulting firm. 2. Sound understanding of U.A.E Company Governing laws. 3. Possess in-depth knowledge of Corporate and Commercial Laws and regulations in the UAE. 4. A high degree of professionalism, and ability to communicate with various levels of individuals including management, team members, and clients. 5.
