We are seeking a motivated B2B Sales Executive to join our clients dynamic team in Richmond Hill ON. The B2B Sales Executive will drive sales growth by acquiring new customers retaining existing clients and exploring growth opportunities within current accounts. As a key member of the sales team you will leverage your understanding of business drivers and a variety of ad products to develop strategic solutions for clients. You thrive in fastpaced ambiguous environments excelling both independently and collaboratively to find effective solutions with or without guidance.
Responsibilities:
- Strategically plan and execute sales initiatives to achieve B2B sales targets.
- Identify and evaluate business opportunities by researching prospects and analyzing industry positioning.
- Build strong relationships with prospects and clients recommending tailored solutions that meet their needs.
- Provide ongoing support to clients offering guidance recommendations and identifying new opportunities for growth.
- Demonstrate the features and benefits of the companys products effectively to customers.
- Prepare and present forecasts reports and marketing intelligence.
- Represent the company at local and national exhibitions and meetings.
- Plan and implement channel marketing programs.
- Collect analyze and summarize information to prepare reports.
- Ensure highquality service by maintaining and enforcing organizational standards.
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure excellent customer support and satisfaction.
- Contribute to team success by achieving related goals and results.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Postsecondary education required.
- 5 years of experience in IT B2B sales is an asset.
- Technical background in networking is a plus.
- Strong strategic planning analytical problemsolving and communication skills.
- Experience with B2B sales in the Canadian market is an advantage.
- Proactive in cold calling new accounts to generate new business.
- Excellent time management and prioritization abilities.
- Knowledge of consumer behavior and industry trends.
- Ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external partners.
