Work Setup: Work Onsite/Work from Office
Schedule: 3 days work 3 days off; 66 Day/Night
Salary: Php 18000.00 Php 20000.00

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A SERVICE DESK ENGINEER
Your Responsibilities as a Service Desk Engineer would be:
Monitor alerts via Slack and email and respond in a timely manner
Manage queries via email and chat regarding IT issues and questions.
Communicate progress in a timely manner to all relevant parties.
Gather and record all relevant issue details to submit for secondlevel support when needed.
Document technical efforts and create KB articles when new information is learned.
Be available to work 24x7.
Qualifications as a Service Desk Engineer:
A bachelor s degree in information technology computer science or a similar discipline is strongly preferred.
Basic knowledge of working with Linux environments working in the terminal and a basic understanding of Windows servers and general networking skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent customer service ability.
Service Desk experience is preferred but not required. FRESH GRADUATES ARE ENCOURAGED TO APPLY!
