Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and detailoriented HR Executive with a preference for candidates who have experience in the BPO sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing key HR functions ensuring compliance with corporate standards and fostering a positive and engaging workplace culture. This role demands strong organizational communication and problemsolving skills to effectively handle HR processes in a dynamic and fastpaced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the endtoend recruitment process including job postings candidate screening interviews and onboarding.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with corporate and legal standards.
- Maintain accurate employee records ensuring confidentiality and adherence to best practices.
- Provide support and guidance to employees on HRrelated matters ensuring clarity and accessibility of company policies.
- Organize and facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.
- Assist in performance management processes including setting objectives and offering constructive feedback.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives such as surveys events and feedback sessions to foster a positive work environment.
- Address employee relations issues promptly to maintain workplace harmony.
- Monitor attendance and compliance with company policies providing necessary analyses and reports.
- Conduct exit interviews and utilize feedback to improve organizational practices and reduce attrition.
