About the Role
The Customer Service Administrator is a vital role with a primary focus on customer service membership management and coordinating day to day administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the organization for its members and staff.
Responsibilities:
- Answer emails and phone calls from customers.
- Followup calls to new leads new members post tour leads.
- Tasks/Ticket management
- Data and report analysis create presentations/reports according to instructions
- Maintaining calendars Schedule and rescheduling Class/ Appointments/Tours if and when required for clients and staff.
- Follow up and process billing (outstanding and review errors)
- Review video security content
- Assist with organisation of events
- Assist with any project work guided by GA management
- Participate in regular training to ensure a high standard of service delivery
Requirements
- Greater than 3 years of BPO service experience
- Excellent English writing verbal communication and time management skills
- Ability to explain clearly explain services and product features
- Ability to guide customers through buying process
- Ability to critically think through solutions for customers
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to complete tasks with little supervision
- Ability to write emails
- Ability to analyses simple data reports and create reports with management guidance
- Computer literate with CRM experience and strong working knowledge of Microsoft/Google suite applications previous experience expected.
- Proficient with online calendars and scheduling
- Make travel/event arrangements with skills to conduct online research
- Presentation and report preparation skills
- Some basic finance acumen to process billing or review billing errors for escalation
Benefits
1. Monthly Salary: Php 35000
2. Salary will be paid on a bimonthly basis on the 15th and 30th or 31st of each month
3. You will be paid extra for overtime and Philippines public holidays
4. Probation: 6 months and after Probation
