Job Description

We are seeking a visionary and analytical Director of Revenue Management to join our team in Doha Qatar. As a key member of our leadership team you will be responsible for maximizing revenue opportunities and driving profitability through strategic planning and datadriven decisionmaking.

  • Develop and implement revenue management strategies to optimize room revenue and overall profitability
  • Analyze market trends competitive landscape and historical data to forecast demand and adjust pricing strategies accordingly
  • Collaborate with Sales Marketing and Operations teams to align revenue management initiatives with overall business objectives
  • Manage inventory and pricing across all distribution channels to maximize revenue potential
  • Lead and mentor the revenue management team fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
  • Prepare and present comprehensive revenue reports and forecasts to senior management and stakeholders
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions as needed
  • Stay current with industry trends emerging technologies and best practices in revenue management
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners and clients to drive business growth
  • Participate in the annual budgeting process and ensure adherence to financial targets
  • Optimize revenue streams across all hotel services including rooms food and beverage and ancillary services

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management Business Administration or a related field; Masters degree preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in revenue management preferably in the hospitality industry and Luxury brands
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing revenue management strategies and driving financial results
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Proficiency in revenue management systems Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills both written and verbal
  • Strategic thinker with a strong business acumen and problemsolving abilities
  • Indepth knowledge of hospitality industry trends market dynamics and distribution channels
  • Experience in budget preparation forecasting and financial analysis
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all aspects of work
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to build relationships across departments and with external partners
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and industry developments
