We are seeking a visionary and analytical Director of Revenue Management to join our team in Doha Qatar. As a key member of our leadership team you will be responsible for maximizing revenue opportunities and driving profitability through strategic planning and datadriven decisionmaking.
- Develop and implement revenue management strategies to optimize room revenue and overall profitability
- Analyze market trends competitive landscape and historical data to forecast demand and adjust pricing strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with Sales Marketing and Operations teams to align revenue management initiatives with overall business objectives
- Manage inventory and pricing across all distribution channels to maximize revenue potential
- Lead and mentor the revenue management team fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
- Prepare and present comprehensive revenue reports and forecasts to senior management and stakeholders
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions as needed
- Stay current with industry trends emerging technologies and best practices in revenue management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners and clients to drive business growth
- Participate in the annual budgeting process and ensure adherence to financial targets
- Optimize revenue streams across all hotel services including rooms food and beverage and ancillary services
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management Business Administration or a related field; Masters degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in revenue management preferably in the hospitality industry and Luxury brands
- Proven track record of successfully implementing revenue management strategies and driving financial results
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Proficiency in revenue management systems Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills both written and verbal
- Strategic thinker with a strong business acumen and problemsolving abilities
- Indepth knowledge of hospitality industry trends market dynamics and distribution channels
- Experience in budget preparation forecasting and financial analysis
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all aspects of work
