Work closely with the team to monitor content quality, identify gaps in processes or SOPs, and recommend improvements.
Conduct regular coaching sessions for the outsourced team for team members to enhance their skills and performance.
Collaborate with account managers to handle urgent requests, ensuring quick and effective resolutions.
Manage escalations and coordinate in-house merchant visits to address concerns and maintain strong relations
Identify inefficiencies in workflows and processes, propose solutions, and ensure smooth implementation to bridge gaps.
Effectively manage multiple tasks, from urgent content updates to coordinating team activities and merchant interactions.
Content Creation:
Write, edit, and publish engaging and relevant written content for various platforms, including websites, blogs, social media, newsletters, and marketing materials.
Produce high-quality articles, product descriptions, social media posts, and promotional content that aligns with the company’s voice and objectives.
Update and refresh existing content to ensure it remains relevant and optimized for SEO.
SEO Optimization:
Conduct keyword research to optimize content for search engines, ensuring that all content is discoverable and ranks well on search engines like Google.
Integrate SEO best practices into content creation, such as optimizing headlines, meta descriptions, and incorporating keywords in a natural, effective manner.
Monitor Google Analytics and other tools to track the performance of content and adjust strategies accordingly.
Content Planning & Strategy:
Collaborate with the content manager or marketing team to develop a content calendar that aligns with business objectives, campaigns, and industry trends.
Conduct market research and identify new opportunities for content creation that will resonate with the target audience.
Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute new content ideas and innovative approaches to reach and engage customers.
