Experience in matrix-managing multidisciplinary teams.
Marketing Strategy Development:
Strong experience in developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies that align with company goals, drive revenue, and increase brand awareness.
Expertise in market research, customer segmentation, and data-driven decision-making to tailor strategies to meet the needs of target audiences.
Leadership and Team Management:
Proven experience leading and building high-performing marketing teams across various marketing functions (e.g., digital marketing, content, branding, public relations).
Ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve marketing objectives, improve productivity, and foster a culture of creativity and innovation.
Digital Marketing Expertise:
Deep knowledge of digital marketing tools, strategies, and best practices, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and influencer partnerships.
Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), as well as tools for analytics and conversion tracking (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush).
