Shift Schedule: Night Shift
Requirements:
- College degree in economics finance or a related discipline preferred
- 5 years of financial service industry experience
- 3 years supervisory experience
- With background/experience in Hedge Fund and/or Private Equity
- Experience handling alternative investments
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Suite specifically Excel Macro VBA VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables
- Data Management/Processing and Financial Reporting experiences are a plus
- Excellent English oral and written communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Review process and analyze alternative investment trades including subscriptions redemptions and transfers
- Aggregate compile and normalize large sets of hedge fund and private equity investor data
- Preparation of daily monthly and quarterly upload files for the Client Reporting database
- Ensure data integrity for all standardized and customizable reporting
- Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents
- Liaise and develop relationships with custodians thirdparty administrators and other vendors
- Resolve and implement scalable solutions for various external parties including custodians thirdparty administrators and other vendors
- Resolve data reporting system issues and exercise judgment to escalate issues to senior team members as needed
- Assist in the development of efficient processes and procedures by working with the technology team to automate workflow as well as gain an indepth understanding of technology and operational workflow across multiple product lines
- Develop implement and maintain operating procedures
- Ensure timely deliverables of all reports
- Help define and drive scalable solutions across all business lines including alternative investments and capital markets
- Additional responsibilities to be determined based on capacity skill and interest
- Perform all functions above and the following leadership functions shown below
- Establish and execute processes and procedures
- Establish and manage the achievement of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Monitor and evaluate all processes and implement improvement to ensure Customer clients receive appropriate and highquality services as committed
- Perform daily and monthly auditing of work processes
- Monitor and assist team members in the daily operation aspects of the project including reviewing the status and performance against targets performing root cause analysis of variances and making improvements to meet the targets
- Coach guide and train team members by providing creative ideas and ways on how to carry out the respective tasks towards providing excellent service
- Provide assistance to team members in accordance with established practices and procedures
- Provide reports as agreed with Customer
- Assist in hiring selection and training of new team members
