Role & Responsibilities:
o The candidate should be an HR with good experience in recruitment
o Assist with the recruitment process by coordinating for interviews scheduling & arranging
while being the point person for the Chennai office.
o Help in filling the vacancy as per the requirement
o Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
o Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
o Keep uptodate with the latest HR trends and best practices.
