Team of RM/RH From FSO TO AM ( 1012 Team mate spread over the State)
POSITION SUMMARY
Position entails planning and executing Business Strategies to Promote and Sell companys products in a competitive environment to meet companys short term and long term objectives / targets/Goals.

Zonal Business Plan Development & Execution

Create New Channel partners POS ETC.

Build relationship with assigned potential Channel Partners & Influencers for product specification and sales for increase in market share/ business growth through Architects Consultant Engineers Designers Builders and hiend customers

Identify market trends and being responsible for implementing market opportunities

Ensure implementation of SPM & KPI Analysis by RH

Drive marketing strategy for the region with support from Operations Product Management MARCOM HR Finance Legal etc

Assist in effective Credit Management

Build Develop Retain Guide & Mentor Sales Team

Review Statewise business situation opportunities challenges and suggest measures to support profitability

QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION
Masters/Professional degree (indicate specific field if required): MBA from reputed institute
EXPERIENCE Minimum 15 18 Years in Channel and Project sales including Influencer connect and team building and management.
SPECIALIZED SKILLS Special skills and/or behavioral competencies required to perform the essential responsibilities of the job.
