Location: Chennai / New Delhi Responsibilities:
Selling online assessment solu ons to corporate clients (B2B) by assessing their business requirements.
Ensure Annual/Monthly/Weekly Sales target are met as per the organiza on s goal.
Create a culture of success and ongoing business and goal achievement.
Provide detailed and accurate sales forecas ng.
Compile informa on and data related to customer and prospect interac ons.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
Prospect relentlessly to build a pipeline and strong personal rela onships with clients.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Analyze market trends and compe tor ac vi es to iden fy opportuni es for growth.
Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to the senior management team.
Nego ate and close sales agreements to maximize profit.
Requirements:
Proven track record of successful corporate sales experience preferably in a managerial role.
Good general knowledge and awareness of the business landscape
Prospec ng/Providing customized solu ons to Clients across domains & segments.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communica on and interpersonal skills.
Ability to develop and implement sales strategies.
Knowledge of CRM so ware and Microso Office Suite.
Demonstrate cultural fit towards being handson humility and drive a learning environment.
Ability to assess business opportuni es and use data to make informed decisions and persuade others.
Experience in assessment sales would be highly preferred.
Ability to travel to client mee ngs as needed.
