An Industry revolutionizing the Mobility as a Service (MaaS) are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Sales Manager to spearhead our B2B sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base driving revenue growth and establishing longterm partnerships with businesses that can benefit from our MaaS solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B sales strategy to drive market penetration and revenue growth.
- Identify target and onboard key enterprise clients in need of Mobility as a Service solutions.
- Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
- Leverage existing industry connections to secure new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decisionmakers across industries ensuring alignment with their mobility needs.
- Market Analysis & Reporting:
- Conduct market research to identify trends customer needs and competitive dynamics in the MaaS space.
- Provide regular sales forecasts pipeline updates and performance reports to senior management.
- Collaboration & Solution Selling:
- Work closely with internal teams (product operations and marketing) to align solutions with client requirements.
- Deliver tailored pitches and proposals emphasizing the value proposition of Project Lithiums MaaS offerings.
- Revenue Growth & Targets:
- Meet and exceed sales targets consistently contributing to the companys growth objectives.
- Negotiate contracts close deals and ensure seamless onboarding of clients.
Key Qualifications:
- 5 6 years of proven experience in B2B sales preferably in Mobility as a Service technology transportation or related sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to leverage a network of industry contacts to drive sales growth.
- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities and convert them into actionable results.
- Experience in solutionselling with a focus on understanding client pain points and delivering tailored solutions.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of the Mobility as a Service (MaaS) landscape and emerging trends.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce) to manage pipelines and sales processes.
- Strong business acumen and ability to influence key stakeholders.
