Job Description
One of our client is a software development agency specializing in delivering highquality web and mobile applications. They are looking for a QA Specialist to join the team and ensure that every product meets the highest quality standards. This role is perfect for someone detailoriented and eager to learn and grow.
Role Overview:
As a QA Specialist you will play a vital role in assessing the performance and quality of our applications before they are submitted to clients. You will review developed apps against product scopes and wireframes ensuring performance and functionality. This role involves more than just testing; you will collaborate with both product and development teams to understand various type of product scopes refine processes and contribute to building technically sound highperforming applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Test and assess application performance ensuring all functionalities meet the product scope and wireframes.
- Identify document and track issues working with the development team to resolve them promptly.
- Develop a clear understanding of each projects scope to ensure that all deliverables meet client expectations.
- Communicate effectively with product and development teams to provide feedback and suggest improvements.
- Manage and track tickets on Kanban boards ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Maintain detailed and organized documentation of QA processes test cases and results.
- Build technical knowledge of tech stacks nocode tools and app performance metrics to contribute meaningfully across functions
- Act as a voice of reason to ensure high standards are maintained in both development and product delivery.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of work experience in a QA or similar role.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify even minor discrepancies.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Familiarity with Kanban boards or project management tools (e.g. Trello Jira Notion Discord).
- A proactive mindset with a strong desire to learn and upskill in technical aspects of app development.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of nocode platforms or software development processes is a plus.
