Job Expectations:
Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Team Lead for our Life and Annuities Insurance division. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 9 years of experience with a strong background in Agency Management and proficiency in MS Excel. This role involves overseeing a team ensuring efficient operations and driving impactful results that align with our companys goals.
Qualifications
Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in Life and Annuities Insurance. Demonstrate strong proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis and reporting. Have a solid background in Agency Management with a proven track record of success. Exhibit excellent leadership and team management skills. Show strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Display effective communication and interpersonal skills. Be detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
