Job Description
Are you passionate about procurement and supply chain management Join our dynamic team as a Team Member Procurement where your skills and expertise will contribute to seamless operations and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process Purchase Orders (PO) as per indents and ensure timely material procurement.
- Coordinate with vendors/suppliers to follow up on materials and ensure ontime delivery.
- Manage inventory efficiently to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Facilitate the creation of new vendor codes based on sourcing team requests.
- Prepare and present monthly MIS reports on material availability.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure timely vendor payments and advances.
Skills Qualifications and Experience:
- Education: Graduate or Diploma in Engineering.
- Solid understanding of procurement processes with experience in imports procurement.
- Handson experience with SAP MM module is a plus.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
