Location: Varanasi
CTC: Up to 7 LPA
Product: Gold Loan
Experience: Minimum 1 year as a Team Leader
Job Description:
We are seeking a Team Leader with expertise in the Gold Loan sector to join our growing team in Varanasi. The role involves leading a team to meet sales targets ensuring operational efficiency and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. As a Team Leader you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and fostering a motivated highperforming team.
Key Responsibilities:

Team Management:
- Lead guide and supervise a team of field agents and sales associates.
- Drive team performance set goals monitor progress and provide regular feedback.

Sales and Business Development:
- Ensure your team meets or exceeds gold loan sales targets.
- Develop strategies to acquire new customers and retain existing ones.
- Identify potential opportunities to expand the business within the assigned region.

Customer Relationship Management:
- Build strong relationships with customers and ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Oversee the loan processing workflow ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

Training & Development:
- Train and mentor team members on product knowledge sales techniques and customer handling.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.

Reporting & Analysis:
- Track performance metrics prepare reports and provide actionable insights to management.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance in all aspects of the gold loan process.

Market Insights:
- Monitor competitor activities industry trends and customer feedback to adapt strategies.
Key Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience as a Team Leader in a financial services environment preferably in the Gold Loan or Banking sector.
- Skills:
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced targetdriven environment.
- Familiarity with local markets and customer preferences.
- Education: Graduate (Any field); Postgraduate is a plus.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Excel Word PowerPoint) and CRM software.
