Job Description
The Team Leader position is a fulltime onsite role based in Bangalore with the responsibility of managing and mentoring a team of Stem Cell Counsellors. The Team Leader will lead efforts in promoting Cryovivas stem cell banking services overseeing the sales process ensuring team members meet or exceed targets and fostering a professional and supportive environment.
Tasks
This role involves managing and motivating a team of Stem Cell Counsellors developing sales strategies to meet enrollment targets and ensuring client satisfaction. The responsibilities include monitoring team performance conducting client and doctor visits maintaining strong relationships with clients overseeing documentation and collaborating with other departments to improve sales and services.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a team leadership or supervisory role preferably in healthcare biotech or salesdriven environments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to lead and motivate a sales team.
- Knowledge of stem cell banking or biotech services is an advantage.
- Proficiency in sales strategies client management and team coordination.
