We are looking for a proactive and strategic HR Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic HR team at ELT Corporate. The ideal candidate will drive recruitment efforts by developing costeffective strategies building a strong talent pipeline and efficiently addressing our hiring needs. Knowledge of Zoho Recruit or similar HR tech platforms will be a significant advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement innovative and costeffective recruitment strategies tailored to organizational needs.
Build and maintain a diverse talent pool comprising prospective employees freelancers and interns.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and align recruitment efforts accordingly.
Establish and maintain relationships with college placement cells academic institutions and professional organizations to tap into emerging talent.
Conduct strategic competitor research to identify and approach potential candidates with the required skill sets.
Manage recruitment pipelines for various roles including interns and needbased hiring.
Leverage Zoho Recruit and other HR tech platforms for talent sourcing candidate tracking and datadriven decisionmaking.
Create and manage job postings across multiple channels including job boards intern platforms and recruitment agencies.
Execute employer branding initiatives on platforms like LinkedIn to enhance visibility and attract top talent.
Design and manage recruitment campaigns and forms with attention to detail and efficiency.
Qualifications and Skills
Education & Experience
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
23 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition preferably in a fastpaced environment.
Handson experience with Zoho Recruit or similar HRMS tech platforms.
Key Skills
Expertise in talent pool creation and maintenance for midsenior and junior level positions.
Excellent proficiency in written and verbal English.
Strong understanding of recruitment methodologies and ability to adapt to diverse hiring needs.
Exceptional networking skills to forge connections with educational institutions and other talent sources.
Analytical skills to research competitors and strategically engage with potential hires.
Proven ability to recruit interns and manage hiring pipelines effectively.
Knowledge of recruitment mediums like job boards professional platforms and agencies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Detailoriented proactive and capable of managing multiple recruitment
