Key Responsibilities:
- Dealer Relationship Management
- Establish and maintain strong professional relationships with dealers.
- Act as the primary point of contact for dealers providing support and addressing their queries.
- Meeting Scheduling & Coordination
- Schedule and coordinate meetings between the sales team and dealers ensuring availability and alignment with key objectives.
- Prepare agendas meeting materials and summaries for each meeting to ensure productive conversations.
- Send reminders and followups to ensure a high attendance rate for meetings.
- Market & Dealer Analysis
- Conduct research on the dealer network to identify highpotential partners and prospective opportunities.
- Gather insights on dealer performance needs and market trends to support strategic discussions in meetings.
- CRM Management
- Maintain accurate records of all dealer interactions meetings and followups in the CRM system.
- Regularly update the CRM with feedback and meeting outcomes keeping the sales team informed of any changes.
- Reporting & Insights
- Generate regular reports on meeting outcomes dealer engagement and progress on business development objectives.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on dealer interactions to improve relationship management practices.
