Job Description

A leading provider of company formation tax advisory and a range of other professional services is seeking a dynamic and experienced International Business Development Manager to join their growing IBSD Department in Nicosia Cyprus. What Youll Do:

As an International Business Development Manager you will play a vital role in managing the IBSD Department fostering client relationships and driving business growth.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Effectively manage employees and assume leadership responsibilities.
  • Forecast international business opportunities.
  • Maintain the highest level of client satisfaction.
  • Manage a variety of businessrelated engagements under tight deadlines and with attention to detail.
  • Develop implement and execute the companys policies and procedures.
  • Inform and advise senior management on status and actions required to improve companys strategies.
  • Identify client requirements and take appropriate action.
  • Proactively develop innovative solutions to suit clients needs.
  • Supervise and assist the processes of the entire Department related to:
    • Banking (opening bank accounts KYC AML procedures bank transfers)
    • Registrar of companies (applications for company registrations requesting certificates changes in company structures compliance reports for clients)
    • Company administration (reminding clients for submissions of yearly returns contributions financial statements annual compliance reports)
    • Liaising with accountants and auditors
    • DAC 6

Requirements:

To excel in this role were seeking candidates with:

  • A University/College degree in Law Accounting or professional qualification in International Tax; advanced degrees are a plus.
  • Minimum 6 years of management experience ideally in corporate services.
  • Knowledge and experience in the field of Corporate Commercial Tax and Property Law Double Tax Treaties Corporate Legislation.
  • Proven expertise in management and leadership.
  • Excellent communication analytical and organizational skills.
  • Fluency in both spoken and written Greek and English.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and multitask.
  • Excellent knowledge in MS Office (Excel Word PowerPoint).
