Marham is seeking a Chat Support Executive to join our dynamic team. If you are passionate about providing excellent customer support and possess great communication skills we encourage you to apply!

Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via chat in a professional manner.
  • Address customer concerns provide accurate information and ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve issues effectively.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers efficiently.
  • Handle multiple chats simultaneously while maintaining quality and professionalism.


Requirements

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor s degree (Graduate).
  • Experience: Minimum of 6 months in a similar role (chat support/customer service).
  • Excellent written communication skills in English.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and chat software.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet response time targets.
  • Strong problemsolving and multitasking skills.

Shift Timings: Evening shift (specific hours to be discussed during the interview).
