Rebiz provides a client portal to retail businesses particularly Wireless Retail clients offering
comprehensive conversion stats traffic information and other analytics based on customer
traffic data and sales.

Hiring Now! Technical Support Engineer (Karachi Islamabad and Lahore)

TWC a sourcing company is assisting in finding the right talent for this role.

Responsibilities:
Debug analyze and resolve technical issues in applications promptly and effectively.
Provide first and secondlevel support to endusers and internal teams ensuring timely
and accurate issue resolution.
Collaborate with development teams to identify and address root causes of issues
implementing permanent solutions to prevent recurrence.
Monitor application performance and proactively identify potential issues taking
preventive measures.
Manage and prioritize support tickets ensuring SLA compliance and excellent customer
satisfaction.
Document support processes procedures and issue resolutions for knowledge sharing
and continuous improvement.
Communicate effectively with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders to convey
complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
The role entails working alternating shift timings during weekends day and nights.

Primary Skills:
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Proficient in debugging and troubleshooting software applications.
Knowledge of programming languages C# and ASP.NET
Strong concepts of Object Oriented Programming fundamentals
Familiarity with relational databases and SQL.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
Customerfocused mindset with a commitment to delivering highquality support.

GoodtoHave Skills:
Experience with ticketing systems and support tools.
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g. Git).
Understanding of web technologies and protocols.
Knowledge of ITIL principles.

Requirements

Qualification:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
3 years experience as a technical support or a similar role

Soft Skills:
Strong communication skills.
Ability to work well in a crossfunctional team.
Flexibility and adaptability in a fastpaced environment.
