As a Customer Support Agent (Triage) you will be responsible for handling and resolving technical support tickets collaborating with other teams and improving internal processes. We are looking for individuals who are proactive detailoriented and eager to learn.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and track customer support tickets through the ticketing system.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues independently.
- Collaborate with teams to follow up on tasks and ensure timely resolutions.
- Identify and document recurring issues to enhance process efficiency.
- Create manage and update internal documentation reports and workflows as needed.
- Take initiative and contribute suggestions for operational improvements.
- Assist with other tasks assigned by the Supervisor/Manager.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science IT or Software Engineering.
Technical Skills:
Experience working with SQL queries and databases.
Strong proficiency in Google Docs Excel and other office applications.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Effective time management and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Positive attitude adaptability and a gogetter mindset.
