- Proven experience in sales and production management preferably in the manufacturing construction or sign industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team

- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Knowledge of traffic control striping or sign manufacturing processes is a plus
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to drive sales for the sign manufacturing department
- Build and maintain relationships with highway construction companies municipalities and customers
- Oversee the sign production process to ensure quality efficiency and timely delivery
- Manage the production team and ensure project specifications and deadlines are met
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve client inquiries
- Track sales performance prepare reports and forecast future sales trends
- Manage production costs and sales budgets ensuring profitability
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales and production management
- Strong leadership capabilities
- Excellent communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
