We are seeking a talented Customer Success Manager with a strong background in Medical Information to ensure longterm customer satisfaction retention and growth of our key clients.
Tasks
This role is ideal for someone who combines deep industry expertise with a proactive customercentric mindset to help clients maximize the value of our platform and grow their business with us.
- Lead the onboarding process for new clients ensuring they understand how to effectively use our platform to enhance their Medical Information processes
- Act as the primary point of contact for our clients building trusted partnerships and providing guidance specific to their Medical Information workflows
- Monitor client performance metrics address challenges and ensure successful platform usage to drive longterm value
- Collaborate with internal teams (Product Development) to tailor the platform to client needs and deliver enhancements.
- Build and nurture relationships to promote client satisfaction retention and upsell opportunities. Assist in contract renewals expansions and onboarding of new users
- Provide regular reports and reviews to clients showcasing platform performance usage metrics and the ROI they are achieving with AVAYL
Requirements
- 3 years in Medical Information or a similar function within pharmaceutical or life sciences with strong knowledge of Medical Information processes and industry standards
- A degree or background in pharmaceutical life sciences biotechnology or a related field is highly desirable providing you with the ability to understand and communicate effectively on scientific topics
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients with a deep understanding of their needs and challenges.
- You are serviceoriented proactive and have a highly structured and analytical way of working with a passion for helping clients achieve their goals
- Excellent communicator capable of translating technical information into actionable clientfriendly guidance and building strong relationships
- Nice to Have: Prior experience in Customer Success Account Management or other clientfacing roles preferably in SoftwareasaService (SaaS) or technologydriven environments.
