Job Description

Customer Experience Manager Training and Onboarding Manager

32k40k dependant on experience.

Hybrid Remote Wakefield

Proactive and customerfocused this role will lead the charge in ensuring exceptional service delivery and ongoing satisfaction for our highprofile clients in the fitness industry. Managing relationships with larger multisite gym operators across the public and private sectors this role will major on the onboarding of new clients driving adoption of our music services across the instructor base and ensuring longterm value.

Job role and responsibilities:

  • Developing innovative onboarding and training models that contribute to the long term retention and growth of our key accounts
  • Leading the onboarding process for all multisite operator accounts
  • Coordinating HQ training days for all key accounts in order to provide better education about music and fitness developing knowledgeable and enthusiastic fitness managers and instructors to be expert ambassadors within our customers
  • Facilitating onsite training sessions for key accounts drawing on our network of fitness professionals and ambassadors to provide exceptional service experiences
  • Deliver online training to educate and empower managers and group exercise coordinators to support and engage their instructors with music choice to enhance member experience
  • Support the direction and development of online digital training that managers can cascade to instructors
  • Inform the account management process to result in high levels of customer satisfaction and retention

  • Understands the key operations and value drivers for leisure and fitness operators
  • Understands group fitness and the emerging trends
  • Understands the role music plays in group fitness and the bottom line difference to operators from cost reduction to improved member experience
