Job Description
Location: Lisbon City Center
Schedule: Rotational shifts (40 hours/week 8 hours/day with a 1hour lunch break)
Salary: Up to 1366.17 EUR gross/month (includes base salary bonuses and food allowance)
The Role

Youll be the goto expert for advertisers and agencies solving technical challenges reporting bugs and providing guidance on maximizing the advertising platform. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fastpaced competitive environment where youll make a real impact on client success.
Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for advertisers and agencies.
- Resolve technical issues promptly and accurately.
- Report bugs and suggest improvements to enhance the user experience.
- Provide stepbystep guidance on leveraging the advertising platform.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth resolution of client concerns.
Compensation & Benefits
- Training Program:
- Duration: 15 working days (8 hours/day schedule varies between 08:30 and 09:30).
- Compensation: 92.80 EUR per week
- Salary Package:
- With company accommodation: 1040.66 EUR gross/month (including room allowance).
- Without accommodation: 1366.17 EUR gross/month.
- Includes base salary Christmas and holiday bonuses and food allowance.
- Additional Perks:
- Private health insurance.

Schedule
- Hours: Rotational shifts Monday to Sunday between 6:00 AM and 12:00 AM.
- Days Off: Two days off per week (scheduled by the shift manager and communicated four weeks in advance).
